Order & Shipping Information


  • Nini & Loli only ship orders to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We offer free Ground shipping on all US orders over $99*. A flat fee of $9.99 is charged on orders under $74.99. *Free shipping excludes clearance items, furniture, and oversize items.
  • In an effort to protect our customers, all orders over $250, oversize items, and special orders will be shipped signature required.
  • You may request no signature required to be used. A $5 fee will be applied for the “signature required” request for an order under $250.
  • Oversize items and special orders may incur additional handling and/or shipping charges.
  • Once the order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed or rerouted. When applicable, the signature requirement also cannot be lifted at that point.
  • All orders are subjected to item availability and method of payment verification. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
  • For those customer planning to forward your order internationally, please remember that Nini & Loli does not ship internationally and, therefore, can not be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
  • If you are located within 20 miles of one of our stores we offer white glove, installation services, and express shipping.
  • Express shipping: $50 
  • White glove delivery: $75 
  • Crib Installation: $125 
  • Dresser Installation: $150 
  • Installation of other furniture pieces range between $50 to $100 


  • Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different dates. 
  • Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the day the order is placed.  
  • We carry a wide selection of products and we have most of them in stock. However, some of the products we do not carry in stock and are ordered on an order by order basis as a custom order when the order is received. At other times products may not be in stock because they are in backorder from the manufacturer. In the event an item or items from your order are not in stock we will ship the in-stock items with the pending items shipped at a later date. A customer representative will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date of the pending items. 
  • Custom furniture may take 6 to 10 weeks to be manufactured depending on the supplier plus transit time. 
  • All orders are shipped signature required 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or not ship your order at any time for any reason - including but limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price on the product. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected. 
  • Your credit card will not be charged until the order is confirmed by Nini and Loli sales department. You may be contacted by a customer service representative for verification purposes or if there are any issues with your order. Issues with your order may include (but not limited to) stock issues, contact information errors, unverifiable information, or shipping charges. 

International Orders

  • Nini & Loli does not ship internationally. We can assist in finding a forwarding company that will ship internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us by email at for additional information. 
  • All duties and taxes for shipments outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • VERY IMPORTANT - For customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally please know that Nini & Loli are only responsible and accountable for delivering the items to the forwarding company. Nini & Loli is not responsible or accountable for items once they have been shipped internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states. All claims must be made before the items are shipped internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states. Make sure items are inspected by you or a designee and that you take the necessary precautions before the items leave the US.  

Upon Receiving Your Order

  • Open and inspect the items 
  • Products with a manufacturer warranty - Register your product with the manufacturer so that it is covered by the manufacturer warranty

            Contact the manufacturer directly should the product have any damage or is defective.
  • E-mail us at to report any defects or damage while in transit as soon as you receive the product.
