I have already filled out this review. I will repeat myself in shorter terms. The product is great, the store service was terrible.
The cup holder was a gift and just what my friend wanted. However the customer service from the store was awful. At no time did the salespeople try to make the purchase easy. The cup holder was even in the store and they made NO effort to look for it. I kept thinking to myself, why would any store owner employ these people!!
