Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary concern at NINI & LOLI. We will gladly accept any returns on new merchandise 30 days from the date you receive your order as long as you follow our return guidelines. You will receive a full refund minus our shipping costs, and (when applicable) restocking fees.
All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be issued before the return process is completed.
Due to the nature of some products,safety and hygienic reasons some products are final sales and may not be returned.We take the safety and health of your children very seriously and will not risk compromising your child's safety and health with a product that has already been removed from our store. These product classes include, but are not limited to:

- Feeding Accessories
- Breast Pumps & Accessories
- Nursing pads & Nursing accessories
- Pacifiers & Teethers
- Bath Tubs & Bath Tub Accessories
- Skin Products
- Diapering Accessories
- Diaper Pails
- Potty seats and wipes
- Video/audio tapes
- Mattresses and changing pad covers
All special orders, furniture, open box, and clearance items are final sales and may not be canceled or returned. Our return policy for other situations, such as the rare defective item is explained below.
Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage, please contact us at email@example.com to report the damage and DO NOT use the product. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please describe the situation in detail and provide pictures of the box/item so we can assess the situation.
To receive a refund we follow a strict policy that all returned item(s) must be in new (never been used) condition, in its original undamaged box and/or packaging with all tags, UPC bar codes, warranties, and instructions intact.
NINI & LOLI does not assume return shipping costs unless the return department has ruled an error in our part. You may request a prepaid shipping label, but the costs associated with it will be deducted from the refund amount.
STEPS TO REQUEST RETURNS & REFUNDS
Defective products are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product or returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise that includes a Manufacturer Warranty is not returnable after it's been unpackaged and used, but will be covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Service. Please contact the manufacturer directly for these items.
Note that all returned products that are claimed defective will be inspected upon arrival. If they are found not to be defective, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied.
Floor samples and open boxes are bought “as is”, and cannot be claimed as defective.
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any shipping charges, and restocking fees if applicable. You will receive a refund within five business days once the return department receives the returned merchandise.
If an item is returned and the products are missing any labels, instructions or pieces, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Unopened items can be returned without a restocking fee. The only charge will be the shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you.
Orders canceled before being shipped won’t incur any fees.
