This has become my daughter's favorite teether. She's just under 6 months and not the most coordinated, but this one was pretty easy for her to grab and smash into her mouth. No re-orienting needed, which is great because she often gets frustrated with teethers that she can't quite figure out. It's got a rubbery feel and some give in the middle (it's got thick walls but a tiny amount of air in the center), so that when she chews on it it compresses in a satisfying way. If she's in a good mood she will just lay there and chew on this thing for 30 minutes, which I don't know about other babies, but this little monster is rarely interested in anything longer than 10 minutes. Would buy as gift for other new moms since it also happens to be pretty cute. Also durable and easy to clean.
